Saat Technologe Semi-Automated Net Weigher & Bagging Scales have
electronic and micro-processing control. Feature of getting reports about
sacked bags and weighing is available. It can connect to electronic devices
such as PLCs or computers. Our machine can be used for all grain seeds,
granule products, salt, granule chemicals, residue, powder, cement, construction chemicals, coal, and stone.
Operation starts with the Operator feeding the sack-to-sack grip, scale weighing the batch in two stages with gross weighing and net weighing, and delivering the goods into to sack. This process continuous in a series of action.
Double Scale Weighing & Bagging
In this model, there are two Weighing Chambers consequently the speed of the operation is nearly doubled and the capacity is doubled. Ideal model for in-bag Retail products.
