SPELT HULLER & SEPARATOR
The machine performs Four operations at the same time:
1-Hulling the raw material, 2-aspiration of husks, 3-separation of hulled and un-hulled seeds in its integrated Density Separator, 4- Short Seeds Separation with in its integrated Screen Separator.
Hulling based on the spinning principle is a reliable and gentle process. The Hulling process is a gentle, proven process after the rubbing seed against mesh and seed is pushed through the mesh opening and husk and kernel is separated. Unpeeled grains returned to the intake automatically. Husks removed by an exhaust line and collected in a Bag or conveyed to a distance. Exhaust fan lined with wear protection; Strong magnet at the raw material intake catches iron parts to avid damage to machine.
